Ser una chica fit es algo por lo que se me conoce, amo ejercitarme y siempre busco cosas nuevas que inventar en la cocina que me hagan sentir menos culpables.

A través de los años he aprendido mucho sobre tips sencillos pero inmensamente importantes que se pueden aplicar en el día a día para ayudarnos a mantener el peso o llegar al peso que deseamos.

Lamentablemente, el inicio de mi vida de casada, los viajes constantes y el calor del verano (que incentiva a comer helado o tomarse un café frió) han perjudicado el ritmo saludable que llevaba, por lo que junto a ustedes regreso a mi rutina saludable, esperando que este espacio sea ayuda a todas/os y se unan conmigo.


Being a fit girl is something I’m known for, I love to workout and I’m always searching for new things to make in the kitchen that would make me feel less guilty.

Over the years I’ve learned so much about simple tips that are so important that we can apply in our everyday life that would help maintain the weight  we have or reach our desired weight.

Sadly, the beginning of my married life, the constant traveling and the summer heat (that makes us eat ice-cream or drink cold coffee) have messed up my healthy rithm, but I’m joining all of you in returning to my healthy habits, hoping this space would be helpfull for all of you and you decide to join me.
